My name is Jodi Wood and this is my 22nd year teaching at Nicholas Sheran School. I taught Grade 3 here for seven years and Grade 5 for fourteen years. This is my first year teaching a combined 4/5 class. For the past seven years my focus has been in the subject areas of Math and Science as I taught in a dyad with Mrs. Brittney Erickson. This year Mrs. Erickson and I are collaborating and teaching all the core subjects to our individual classes. I also teach Art, French, Health, and Computers. I love working with technology and try to incorporate new technology as much as I can.
My husband is also a teacher in the District and we have 3 children that keep us very busy. Outside of the school, I enjoy going to the gym, running, dancing, reading and working on my art.
